Every Wednesday evening (weather permitting) at 6pm, we meet in Lions Valley for what I am calling a “shoe camp” rather than a “boot” camp because of the variety of work out elements. Come and join us! All are welcome……

6:00pm in Lions Valley Park. To access the park, turn onto Lions Valley Park Rd from either east or westbound Dundas Street (one traffic light west of Neyagawa). There is a parking lot at the bottom of the road. Park there and walk across the footbridge and turn right. We will be on the grassy section on the right hand side. We work out for an hour! My promise is to get to know what each of my participants wants to get out of each session and do all that I can to make it happen!
You should bring a yoga/pilates mat and a set of light weights if you want to make it a little more challenging. The cost will be either $15 for drop in visits or if you want to commit to all of the 8 remaining sessions then it would be $80.
